Victorian Holidays Launched 5th March 2009

Welcome to Victorian Holidays.

Queen Victoria (1819-1901) was the longest reigning British monarch. She was the leader of a vast empire and gave her name to an age - The Victorian Period.

Our plan is to provide as much information here as possible for anyone considering a Victorian Holiday. We will feature Victorian Seaside Holidays and Victorian Weekend Breaks to 19th Century Spa towns such as Harrogate and Bath.

There is a lively interest in the Victorian period and people have started to research holiday opportunities with a Victorian theme. Searches for Victorian Theme weekend breaks and Victorian Holiday Cottages are on the increase and as people search for an alternative self catering vacation in the United Kingdom or choose to stay in one of the refurbished Victorian Hotels in historic towns such as Harrogate and Bath there may be limited availability.

We are keen to provide our visitors with deals and offers as we find them. We also want to provide easy access to travel companies and tour operators advertising Victorian Holidays online and will take enquiries from businesses who wish to advertise here.

Quaint Victorian Holiday Cottages

Find quaint Victorian Holiday Cottages advertised all over the internet available as holiday rental properties.

Many of these charming 19th Century Victorian Cottages that once housed working families and have been tastefully refurbished and sympathetically converted to self catering accommodation for 21st Century holiday makers to re-charge their batteries as they unwind in the small Victorian seaside villages around our coastline.

Renting a Victorian Theme Holiday Cottage as a base for your families weekend break or summer holiday provides home from home comforts and the peace and tranquility of a bygone age in a sleepy little Victorian Seaside Village.
